The team is eclectic but not weird. Creative yet practical. Ambitious and supremely grounded in reality.
Everyone has been hand selected for audacious skill but also for their character.

Glenn has what is best described as Superhero Syndrome. Through his desire to save the world he became an award winning reporter in both Detroit and New York. And, it was the reason he formed the video agency Mad Bear Productions. Glenn is a sought after speaker on video engagement and mass media. It is all part of his quest to help save the day, one story at a time.

Director of Photography / *Depth of Field*
They say the eyes are the windows to the soul. If that is true, Colin Kelly is the Soul Man. Much of his life has been spent behind the camera, keeping his eyes open for the little details that connect us all. His experiences have brought him face-to-lens with Presidents and the Kings of sports royalty.
Director of Content and Development / *Connector*
Ashley has the unique ability to intuitively understand the core of what connects a story between people. She has been a connector repeatedly throughout her career. Whether hosting on HSN or when she was an EMMY award winning television news reporter or most recently while helping to build Vinik Sports Group’s digital lifestyle network, The Identity. When she’s not connecting, you may find Ashley spreading her fearless foodie wings at a local eatery, traveling with her husband or strolling Tampa Bay with her pup, Winnie.
Illustrator/Animator / *Actualizer*
Danny is a post-production specialist who loves to design graphics and make things come to life on video. His skills are not just behind a computer creating motion magic. Danny also has a passion for capturing art through photography.

Andrew is one of those creative anomalies who feels just as comfortable behind the lens as he does at the helm of an edit. He has served as cinematographer on more than 50 long-format BBC television programs. Andrew’s “Mad” video skills date back to when he studied film at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Senior Editor / *Swiss Army Knife*
From Kansas to Mississippi to California this “Human Swiss Army Knife” has spent more than 18 years working in documentary, commercial, corporate and narrative storytelling; exploring the vast possibilities every step of the way. Currently living in the San Francisco Bay area, Bevan continues to work toward “living the dream” in an industry that has constantly fueled his creativity.
Digital Content Specialist / *Alchemist*
Jason lives in the moment, literally. Because capturing each moment deserves its own thought, consideration, plan and vision. What tool to use? Will it be a drone or perhaps a 360 camera? What detail to focus on? What post-production technique to explore? As Mad Bear’s Digital Content Specialist, he is on a constant journey to learn and grow in order to make each moment special and memorable.
Production Specialist / *Scientist*
Willanie’s curiosity about the world motivates her creativity. It was her curious mind that brought her to UCF to study biology. She got her degree and realized, her real desire was not purely the how that is explored by science, it is the why you can only find in storytelling. So, she taught herself how to edit video and work with motion graphics. Always eager to learn, she now powers multiple parts of the production process for the Mad Bear Team. And it makes sense, because at the core of any good storyteller, is a curious mind.
